Identifinders International has identified a suspect in the 19-year-old cold case involving the shooting of Officer Jeff Garner. The identification was made after a thorough and intricate investigation involving North Richland Hills Police, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Dallas and Oklahoma City field offices. Identifinders International in conjunction with the Pullman Washington Police Department (PPD) is pleased to announce the identification of 47-year-old Kenneth Downing as the suspect in a series of home invasion sexual assaults that occurred in Pullman between November 2003 and March 2004. Downing was taken into custody by the Spokane Police Department yesterday at a job site in Spokane where he works construction. Identifinders International in conjunction with the Michigan State Police, Niles Post, is pleased to announce the identification of 67-year-old Patrick Wayne Gilham for the 1987 murder of 30-year-old Roxanne Leigh Wood. Gilham has pleaded No Contest to Second Degree Murder and agreed to a minimum sentence of 23 years in prison.
